Recap
Energy level was high with anticipation of a workout day, and it stayed high throughout the day. I drank Mineralize Water through the training day, and actually didn't finish my packed lunch and berries. I packed too much food actually, I was afraid that I didn't have enough energy. I didn't know what to expect in the training. It turned out all right.Sweet potato was a great pre and post workout snack. It's been proven for the past 2 weeks now. This time I didn't forget to bring the Ultimate Reset supplement (I still forgot to bring spoons though...). The day was filled with lecture and exercises. Of course each exercise the trainer gave us we went all out. The first workout was a "taste" of the whole routine of Body Combat release 55. Change of clothes was in order right after that sweaty session. Yet another and more sweaty sessions ensued. Still, I hang and not slumping. Mainly I think because of the right choice of fuel I packed with me. Not too much sugar (not crashing), enough fiber, carb and protein. I didn't even have caffeine.
Starting the day...
The color of my breakfast is fast resembling the US flag... red and blue on white plate. I need something new soon.[ View post on Facebook ] |
Training started at 11am and we went to the Masterclass around noon. My meal was rather sporadic. I snack or eat as needed. I still drank my supplements though, the Detox and Alkaline. When I got home at 9pm, I wasn't feeling hungry. Not too exhausted either. Still, I knew my body needed replenishment. Green juice plus a small bowl of Red Pepper bisque with a lice of taro and 2 spoonful of quinoa mixed together, adding Southwestern spices. Mind you, this meal is a hotchpotch, whatever I have and I like threw in together to fill in my tummy before I called it a day. It wasn't bad though :)
